Paul Maschinenfabrik will be presenting innovations and proven technology for the production of prestressed concrete at BAUMA 2025. Visit the Southern German mechanical engineering company from 7 to 13 April in hall C1 at stand 115 and experience trendsetting solutions for prestressed concrete technology, which is used in numerous applications. In component, sleeper or pole production, in bridge construction, when stressing ground anchors or moving heavy loads, wherever large forces are required, products from Paul convince with their full strength and performance.
Among the innovations is the further developed hydraulic unit, which sets new standards in combination with Paul's proven stressing jacks. The modular system provides greater flexibility in machine configuration, easier maintenance and shorter delivery times. Both the new TTC stressing jacks with logging system and existing stressing jacks can be easily connected. Important features such as the proven multiple connections, different stressing pressures and the digital display have been improved and adopted.
For stressing on the construction site, Paul's design engineers recently developed the Equitension special stressing jack, which individually prestresses all 55 strands of an anchor to 20 kN. In future, this multi-stressing jack will be used wherever the uniform stressing of all strands in a bundle plays a decisive role.
In the field of strand lifting technology, Paul will be presenting a new type of shifting cylinder. This enables virtually uninterrupted lifting over the entire shifting distance. This saves time, as each cylinder stroke is converted into movement. Easy operation, quick installation and almost continuous pulling were the customer requirements that led to the development of this product.
Other products complete Paul's exhibition portfolio at BAUMA. We look forward to your visit in Munich, to advise you individually and find a solution for your requirements.
